Kilmorie Clarke's MD, Maggie Clarke, has many years experience of video production. Starting with a design background, she moved via theatre and teaching into programme and learning material production with the ILEA TV service and then later into independent television and corporate video production.

Following her experience with ILEA TV, Maggie produced the Pullover series of children's TV programmes and then worked as a director/writer on a wide range of corporate video productions for a number of global companies. She developed the corporate video unit at Xerox Europe and managed the unit for five years. In 1999, she co-founded a corporate video and conference production company, VPTV London, with Paul Aitken and Alison Biddle. Kilmorie Clarke Ltd was set up in 2004 to weld this business experience with that of Bill Town from Kilmorie Consulting.
